- Melt butter & mix with biscuit crumbs & press it down to 12 individual cups.Place this in fridge for 1/2 an hr..
- Add warm water to the gelatine & stir till dissolved..
- Beat the cubed mango & sugar in a mixie.Add the creamcheese,milk & beat..
- Now add the gelatine mixture & essence to this & beat till well combined..
- Meanwhile beat the whipping cream with a beater till fluffy..
- Fold the mango cheese mixture to the whipped cream gently.Spoon this over the refrigerated biscuit base. Refrigerate for 2 hrs..
- Decorate with mango slices or chocolate sprinkies & serve..
