1. It's of cream cheese.
2. You need of sugar.
3. You need of oreo cookies.
4. It's of melted butter.
5. Prepare of vanilla essence.
6. Prepare of whipping cream.

Oreo Cheesecake step by step

1. For the crust; crush oreo cookies in a zip lock bag & add melted butter to it & mix well..
2. Spread it in a baking dish by pressing it down. Keep it aside in a refrigerator..
3. Take cream cheese & add sugar to it. Give it a good mix & then add the whipping cream to it. Whip it for 5minutes..
4. If you can’t find cream cheese; use homemade one. For this all you have to do is; boil 1litre milk & curdle it by adding lemon juice to it. Rinse it with water & smooth it out in a food processor. Also add a pinch of salt to it. 🤗.
5. Break up 2-3 oreo cookies & add to the mixture & fold mix it..
6. Pour it over the prepared crust. Smooth it out with a spatula & top it with bits of oreo cookies..
7. Place it in the refrigerator to set well, for at least 5-6 hours. & enjoy..
